These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, facilities, website, and communication channels of Smt. Fulehra Smarak College of Pharmacy (“the College”).

The curriculum, syllabus, and examination schedule are governed by affiliating/approving authorities (e.g., PCI, AKTU, BTE, or University).
The College reserves the right to update academic policies in line with regulatory requirements.
Facilities such as library, labs, hostel, and internet are provided for academic purposes only.
Damaging property or misuse of facilities will result in penalties and disciplinary action.
The College is not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings on campus.
While all reasonable care is taken, the College is not liable for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events beyond its control.
